Address screens
Address-screen submissions are used to decide whether PharmacyAtlas.ca can produce a useful manual-reviewed screen and to reply with next steps.

What you may submit
- Candidate Ontario address, plaza, municipality, or acquisition target.
- Contact details needed to reply to the request.
- Optional context such as decision timeline, location type, or comparison area.
- For validation access only: redacted store-level operating proof.
What not to submit
Do not upload patient-identifying information. Store-level totals are enough for validation review.
- No patient names, health card numbers, prescription-level patient exports, or patient contact details.
- No employee personal data unless it is already part of a redacted business summary.
- No documents you are not authorized to share.
How submissions are used
Validation access
Contributor uploads are used to evaluate whether the screening workflow aligns with real store-level operating evidence.
Access and retention
Submissions are manually reviewed. Access is limited to operating the PharmacyAtlas.ca workflow. If you want a submitted file deleted from active review, email [email protected] with the submission details.
Marketing messages
Free-list and outreach messages should include a simple opt-out path. Reply STOP or email [email protected] with "unsubscribe" in the subject to be removed from future outbound messages.
