What we collect

When you request a screen, we collect your email address, candidate location, role, decision type, consent choice, and basic referral information. We also record product events such as page views, map opens, and form completions.

Why we collect it

We use this information to deliver the requested PharmacyAtlas.ca service, understand whether the product is useful, improve the Ontario location model, prevent abuse, and send limited product updates where consent was provided.

Report limits

We store a shortened cryptographic hash derived from the connection IP address. We use it to enforce one free instant screen per network and a maximum of 20 generated screens across the service in a rolling seven-day period. We do not store the full IP address in the report record.

Operating evidence

Do not submit patient-identifying information. Optional pharmacy operating evidence must be redacted and limited to store-level totals. Submission metadata is stored privately. Uploaded PDF, JPG, or PNG evidence is sent privately to the PharmacyAtlas.ca review inbox for manual review and is not published on the website.

Storage and service providers

Lead and usage records are stored using Cloudflare infrastructure. Transactional email may be delivered using Resend. We do not sell personal information.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, deletion, or unsubscribe from product updates by emailing [email protected].

PharmacyAtlas.ca is an experimental directional screening tool. It is not financial, legal, leasing, regulatory, accounting, or investment advice.
