# Data Notice

`model-observations.csv` contains normalized factual fields transcribed from
public Ontario pharmacy-for-sale listings available in the August 23, 2026
research snapshot. Marketplace names, listing text, contact details, street
addresses, and source-specific identifiers are not included in the public
file.

The two marketplace groups are heavily imbalanced: 113 observations are in
`marketplace_a` and 8 are in `marketplace_b`. Listings may be stale,
duplicated, incomplete, strategically priced, or inaccurate. A listing asking
price is not proof of a completed sale price.

The MIT License applies to the software, not to third-party website content.
No ownership or license is claimed over source-site text or branding. The
normalized factual observations are supplied as-is for audit and
reproducibility; users are responsible for determining whether their intended
reuse complies with applicable law and source terms.
